Observation of multiple superconducting phase under high pressure in UTe2

Recently discovered unconventional superconductor UTe2  has attracted considerable interest as a promising candidate of a spin-triplet superconductor. The Aoki group in IMR (Oarai  center) has collaborated with CEA-Grenoble in France, and they have shown the multiple superconducting phase under high pressure in UTe2. The observation of the multiple superconducting state in UTe2  strongly supports the presence of spin -triplet pairing in this uranium  heavy-fermion system.
